Now Hiring - Technical Sales Rep in Fountain Hills, AZ

Oscoda Plastics (Protect-All Flooring), a sister company of Duro-Last Inc. is looking for a Technical Sales Representative. This position is Remote position that will travel in the Arizona territory.

Position Responsibilities:
To provide training and technical support to Protect-All customers, contractors and sales reps
Assist in the Research & Development of new and existing products
Host visiting flooring contractors for in-house and field training seminars on a monthly basis and evaluate their performance
Will be responsible for warranty inspections, trouble shooting and weekly reporting
Will develop and maintain customer relationships
Interact with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper ordering of Protect-All products
Other duties as assigned


Position Requirements:
Associate's degree or related equivalent experience is required
Management or supervisory experience is highly desired
A minimum of 2 years of flooring installation experience or construction related experience preferred
Must be organized and self-motivated
Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills
Must be able to travel frequently (2 -3 weeks per month minimum)
Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arizona, JRB Personnel is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. A decision in regards to where a candidate falls in the salary range will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is 70,000.00-75,000.00

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
